How to book your Wedding Flower Package
WHERE Our wedding flower packages are available throughout Sydney as well as Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains and the Illawarra STYLE Find your favourite style from our curated selection TONES Choose from our varied selection of colour tones or pick your own YOUR WISHLIST Select the floral elements you would like to include in your wedding day, with added PERSONALISATION OPTIONS available PLACE YOUR ORDER Finalise your order including your event date, location and suburbs for delivery WHAT HAPPENS NEXT You will then receive a confirmation within 24 hours A $200.00 booking fee is then required within 7 days and the balance a month prior Leave the rest to us, we will create your beautiful blooms and personally deliver them to you the morning of your wedding. ADD ONS AND EXTRAS Wanting to add on ceremony and reception elements? We can help with those too, just select your style and budget and note the extra elements you are considering and we will plan it all! |

Who are our packages best suited to?
Our Wedding flower packages are best suited to couples looking for an easy solution and who are happy to leave the design details to the experts.
When will my flowers be delivered?
After you place your order, we’ll reach out for a timeline of your day. We will then confirm a delivery time 2 weeks before your wedding to work in with your other suppliers. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out on email to flowers@floralfix.com.au
What if i'm wanting additional elements not shown in the options?
We keep the menu very limited because we believe each item provides the best value to our clients. Less options also means less decisions which lessens the overwhelm in your wedding planning.
Where do you deliver?
Our flower packages are available across Sydney, Northern Beaches, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Wollongong and Illawarra.
How do I make payment?
Place your order online and we'll be in touch within 24 hours with an invoice to confirm your booking. A $200.00 non-refundable booking fee is then required within 7 days to secure your order with balance due one month prior.
Why are the options limited?
Our menu includes the most popular wedding flower items. We also know these items, created in our signature style, provide the most impact and best value.
What if I have larger statement floral arrangements in mind?
We’d love to work with you to create beautiful custom designs for your day. Ceiling installations, table arrangements and custom ceremony features are part of our Full-Service Wedding approach. To learn more [click here].
What if I change my mind?
If you’ve placed an order and have changed your mind want to cancel, your booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your event we will provide a 50% refund up to three weeks prior to your wedding. Bookings cancelled within three weeks of your event are non-refundable.
What colour pallates are available?
We’ve curated a very special collection of colour palettes and will use the best blooms of the season in line with the palette you choose.
Can I pick up my flowers from your studio?
We don’t offer a pick-up option and will deliver your flowers instead. Your wedding flowers are delicate and we want them to arrive to you in perfect condition. Transporting flowers safely requires a lot of time and know-how and so let us take care of them for you.
When should I place my order?
We require a minimum of 28 days notice and suggest placing your order 4– 6 months before your wedding day to avoid being disappointed if your date books out as we do limit the number of pacakge's we offer for each day.
What if I want to meet to discuss my flowers?
We don’t offer in person consultations with our Wedding Flower Packages. They’re designed to be very straightforward for you to order so leave the details to us. Place your order online, select your colour palette and our design team will handcraft your wedding flowers in our studio. If you’re looking for more of a collaborative approach, let’s talk about our Full-Service Wedding option.
Will you replicate an image I give you?
You deserve more than a recreation of someone else’s bouquet. You and your partner have a unique story to tell and we feel so blessed to be part of your day. Leave it to us to make one bespoke for you!
